Serving a patient list of 15,000 patients, we pride ourselves on delivering high-quality, patient-centred care while supporting the development and wellbeing of our team.

Our Clinical Team

You’ll be joining a truly multidisciplinary and collaborative workforce:

  • 7 GPs
  • 2 GP Trainees
  • 4 ANPs/Nurses
  • 2 HCAs
  • 1 Physician Associate
  • 2 Clinical Pharmacists
  • 2 Pharmacy Technicians
  • Physiotherapist
  • Social Prescriber
  • Paramedic
  • Mental Health Practitioner
  • Dietician
  • 8 highly effective Care Navigators managing triage, referrals, tasks & correspondence

We hold daily clinical debriefs, monthly practice meetings, and regular away days to foster learning, reflection, and team cohesion.

The Ideal Candidate

We are looking for a GP who:

  • Is GMC registered and on the GP Register
  • Adapts well to change and thrives in a fast-paced environment
  • Works efficiently within a busy practice setting
  • Is confident and competent with IT systems (including SystmOne, MS Teams, digital triage and remote consultations)
  • Enjoys working collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team

Based in Hounslow, West London with excellent transport links and just minutes from the tube.
