Main duties of the job Key responsibilities include:
Providing high quality consultations to our registered patients Managing a wide range of primary care presentations, with a particular focus on student health Participating in duty clinics, online consultations, and routine appointments Working alongside GPs, nurses, mental health practitioners, and administrative colleagues Contributing to continuous improvement, clinical governance, and practice development

Job responsibilities The General Practitioner (GP) will providehigh quality, patient centred, evidence based medical careto registered patients within a primary care setting. We are looking for 6 x 4 hr sessions per week The post holder will work as part of amultidisciplinary primary care team, delivering comprehensive general medical services while showing confidence, competence, and leadership skills in line withGMC standards, NHS values, and professional best practice. The GP will:

Clinical Responsibilities Provideface to face, telephone, video, and online consultationsas required Assess, diagnose, treat, and manage acute and chronic medical conditions Manage undifferentiated illness across all age groups Provide patient centred care, involving patients in shared decision making Deliver continuity of care where possible Long Term Condition Management Manage patients with chronic diseases such as:
Diabetes Asthma and COPD Cardiovascular disease Mental health conditions Musculoskeletal conditions Undertake structured medication reviews Support personalised care planning
Maintain accurate, timely, and comprehensive clinical records Complete referrals, reports, and correspondence efficiently Participate in clinical coding and data quality improvement Review and action clinical correspondence, test results, and tasks Adhere to practice protocols and pathways Multidisciplinary Team Working

GP partners and salaried GPs Practice nurses and nurse practitioners Pharmacists Paramedics Physician associates Social prescribers Administrative and reception teams

MBBS / MBChB, MRCGP, CCT (General Practice)
