The Opportunity

This is a senior leadership role for an experienced Corporate & Commercial Law Partner who will play a pivotal part in the growth of the legal services division.

Key responsibilities include:

• Bringing and servicing a substantial client following.
• Managing and expanding the firm’s existing non-contentious client base.
• Leveraging the firm’s reputation to grow new business opportunities.

Beyond fee-earning work, you’ll have the chance to influence firm-wide initiatives such as:

• Recruitment strategy to attract top-tier talent.
• Driving improvements to infrastructure and IT systems (including AI tools).
• Identifying new practice areas or sectors for expansion.

Requirements

• Minimum 8+ years PQE in corporate and commercial law.
• Proven ability to attract, maintain, and grow a client following.
• Strong track record of building relationships and delivering results.
• Energy sector experience is advantageous but not essential.
