Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position located in Newbury. As a Sales Account Executive, you will identify and generate leads, build and maintain strong client relationships, and manage accounts to achieve revenue goals. Responsibilities include driving sales growth, delivering excellent customer service, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction. The role involves understanding customer needs, pitching tailored solutions, and supporting clients in developing and implementing cyber security strategies.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify, prospect, and develop new business opportunities within target industries
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their cybersecurity needs and challenges
  • Deliver tailored product demonstrations and presentations that clearly communicate CyberCrowd’s value
  • Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to closing deals
  • Collaborate with marketing and technical teams to align sales strategies with product capabilities
  • Consistently meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and pipeline in CRM systems


Qualifications

  • Experience in Lead Generation and Account Management (multiple roles available depending on experience)
  • Strong skills in Communication and Relationship Building
  • Proven ability to deliver excellent Customer Service
  • Demonstrated sales acumen and goal-oriented mindset
  • Understanding of cyber security products and services is preferred but not essential
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, on-site environment
