Key priorities include: Set and drive a strategic growth plan based on a clear, objective review of the business. Grow turnover and profit through customer development and new business generation. Build, energise and coach a high-performing sales team (UK and export). Own budgeting, forecasting and business planning, ensuring targets are met and opportunities maximised.
