The Opportunity

This is an exciting opportunity to join Holcim as a Sales Account Manager at our new Tilbury Cement Terminal, our flagship import and manufacturing facility on the River Thames.

Tilbury represents the future of sustainable construction, designed from the ground up for circularity and decarbonisation, its where materials meet purpose.

Here, youll play a pivotal role in bringing Holcims low carbon cement solutions to the South East market, supporting a facility thats reshaping how building materials are made, moved and delivered across the UK.

• Youll develop and deliver commercial plans, identify opportunities for growth, and work closely with supply chain, operations, and logistics teams to ensure excellent customer service from plant to project.
• Collaboration is at the heart of what we do, youll partner with colleagues across Holcim to share insights, improve processes and help position Tilbury as a benchmark for innovation and sustainability in the UK materials sector.
• Youll have the autonomy to shape your approach, supported by a company that values initiative, inclusion, and continuous learning.
