You will be responsible for generating new business opportunities by contacting prospective clients, understanding their financial needs, and booking qualified appointments for the commercial finance specialists.You will engage with business owners viacold calling, email, and LinkedIn, acting as the first point of contact and ensuring a positive, professional client experience throughout.Key ResponsibilitiesGenerate and qualify leads through outbound cold calling, email campaigns, and LinkedIn outreachMake high-volume outbound calls (100+ per day) to business prospectsIdentify client funding requirements and assess suitability for finance productsAccurately collect, create, and manage all relevant client documentationEnsure all proposals and documentation remain fully compliantQualify opportunities and book appointments for senior brokers and finance specialistsRespond to inbound enquiries via phone and email in a timely manner, meeting deadlinesMaintain accurate CRM records, call notes, and lead updatesManage existing client relationships and develop new networking opportunities to grow the businessWork closely with sales and operations teams to ensure smooth handover of qualified leadsConsistently achieve and exceed daily and monthly KPIsCommit to delivering an outstanding client experience at every stageContinually improve knowledge of finance products and lender criteriaThe Ideal Sales ExecutiveHungry, money-motivated individual with a genuine passion for salesComfortable making 100+ outbound dials per dayPrevious sales experience in a fast-paced, target-driven environmentStrong determination and drive to meet and exceed targetsConfident, resilient, and able to overcome objectionsHighly organised with strong time-management skillsAble to work effectively both independently and as part of a teamWhats on Offer£26,000 basic salaryGenerous uncapped commission structureOTE £45,000+ in year one, £60,000+ in year two, £90,000 + in year threeBrand-new, modern office environmentFree on-site gymPool table and games roomSocial incentives and monthly awardsMonday to Friday working hours no evenings or weekendsJBRP1_UKTJ
