Celltech Communications is a leading and expanding specialist in communication, rigging and electrical services. We are seeking a proactive, organised and detail-focused Sales Administrator to strengthen our commercial and engineering teams.

ROLE OVERVIEW

Coordinate quotes, manage purchase orders, maintain documentation
Support project and sales tracking activities

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Prepare and issue rigging and electrical quotes
Process, reconcile and file purchase orders
Maintain invoicing and tracking tools
Collaborate with Project Engineers
Chase outstanding POs
Provide general administrative support

ABOUT YOU

Strong Excel skills
Excellent attention to detail
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
Previous Sales Administration experience required
Desirable: sector experience or QuickBooks knowledge
