Key responsibilities of the Sales Administrator - 6-month FTC include:
Provide administrative support to the sales team, ensuring timely and accurate documentation. Manage and update sales records, ensuring data accuracy and compliance. Coordinate communication between internal teams and external stakeholders. Prepare and distribute sales reports and presentations as required. Assist in organising meetings, events, and travel arrangements for the sales department. Respond promptly to customer and client inquiries, offering professional and helpful support. Monitor inventory levels and liaise with relevant teams to ensure sufficient stock availability. Contribute to the continuous improvement of administrative processes and systems.Profile
