About the Company

We are a rapidly growing shower enclosure manufacturer that has quickly established itself as a market leader following the launch of an innovative shower door concept.

Due to continued growth and increasing demand, we are expanding our sales team and looking for a motivated individual to join our dynamic and ambitious organisation.

The Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a Sales Administrator / Key Account Executive to support a busy sales team and manage customer accounts in a fast-paced environment.

You will work closely with internal departments including Design, Purchasing, Manufacturing, and Marketing, ensuring a seamless customer experience from enquiry through to delivery and after-sales support.

Key Responsibilities
  • Managing incoming customer enquiries via phone and email
  • Processing and managing sales orders from start to finish
  • Coordinating with internal teams to meet customer requirements and deadlines
  • Maintaining strong relationships with distributors and customers
  • Supporting after-sales service and resolving customer issues
  • Assisting with promotions and customer training alongside the Marketing team
Requirements
  • Previous experience in a sales, sales support, or customer service role
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • A proactive, self-motivated, and results-driven attitude
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
  • Bathroom or construction industry experience (desirable, not essential)
  • Degree preferred but not essential
  • Fluent English (additional languages advantageous)
