Introduction
Acorn by Synergie is currently recruiting for a Sales Administrator to join a well-established business based in Willand, Devon. This is a varied and hands-on role, ideal for someone organised, detail-driven, and experienced in sales support or order processing.
Key Duties:
Process sales orders via phone and email, inputting accurately onto Sage. Manage stock levels, raise purchase orders, and liaise with suppliers. Check purchase invoices against orders and resolve discrepancies. Handle courier claims, remote collections (UK and overseas), and warranty claims. Maintain CRM systems and sales databases. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely order fulfilment. Support incoming calls, greet visitors, and assist with general office administration.
Requirements:
Previous experience in a sales support or order processing role. Ability to prioritise, multitask, and work under pressure. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Highly organised with excellent attention to detail. Confident using Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, and CRM systems. Sage experience desirable.
