This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who thrives in a busy environment and enjoys being at the heart of customer interaction. An immediate start is available for the right candidate.

What you’ll be doing:

* Accurately entering and processing sales orders, ensuring all details are correct and up to date

* Managing and validating orders from start to finish

* Acting as the main point of contact for customers, providing updates on order status and resolving any queries or issues

* Working closely with internal teams to ensure a seamless customer experience

* Strong communication skills – both written and verbal – with the confidence to liaise with customers and colleagues

* Excellent organisational skills and the ability to prioritise effectively in a fast-paced environment
