Maternity contract. This is a fixed Maternity contract therefore most suited to a person with no notice period. This role is based on the outskirts of Chichester with public transport links, and we are looking for somebody to start asap The role : Responsible for administration within the production team, this will include, sales orders, entering part numbers onto the systems Ensuring administration deadlines are met for the production team. You will also be responsible for processing job packs and works orders Supporting the HR team with general administration within the organisation and liaise with Head of HR & Finance to support the completion of documentation when required.
You: Will have a minimum of two years administration experience. Good customer service skills. A high command of the English language written and spoken. IT proficiency in Microsoft packages. Please get in touch for more information or if you would like to be considered for this position.
