The Role
The Sales Administrator will play a key role in supporting the day-to-day operations of our Sales team, ensuring processes run smoothly, data is accurate, and communication across teams is seamless. This role is for someone highly organized, detail-oriented, and who thrives in a fast-moving environment. You’ll help the Sales team stay focused on driving growth and closing deals, while keeping everything behind the scenes running efficiently.
This is a hybrid role, based in our Canary Wharf office in London, 3 days a week .
What You’ll Do Maintain and update our CRM, ensuring lead, deal, and onboarding data are accurate and clean. Support the Sales team with documentation (contracts, proposals, onboarding packs) and scheduling of calls/demos. Track deal progress and follow up on pending actions or approvals; own the administrative flow of creator/agency onboarding. Resolve or escalate basic setup issues (KYC, payouts, account set-up) to internal teams. Prepare regular sales reports and dashboards, update KPIs, and provide data support to enable strategy.
