Sales Support Administrator

Job Description

  • Manage sales inbox enquiries and respond promptly to customers
  • Log and update customer interactions in the CRM system
  • Handle incoming calls and route them to the appropriate teams
  • Prepare and process quotations, including supplier follow-ups
  • Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely customer responses


Sales Support Administrator

Essential Experience/Skills/Qualifications

  • Self-motivated and results-driven with a strong work ethic
  • Experienced in managing high-volume workloads with accuracy in fast-paced environments
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, confident with internal and external stakeholders
  • Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
  • Proficient in IT systems, including ERP platforms
