Sales Administrator

Key Responsibilities
* Respond promptly and professionally to incoming calls and emails
* Process orders and invoices for both UK and international customers
* Manage export orders and arrange shipping
* Handle customer queries with clarity and care
* Liaise with suppliers to track, chase, and update order progress
What We’re Looking For
* Strong organisational skills with the ability to plan and prioritise
* Excellent communication skills
* Ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure
* High attention to detail
* A proactive, can‑do attitude with drive and passion
* Confident using initiative and working as part of a team
* PC literate, with solid Microsoft Excel skills
* Knowledge of Sage or SAP is an advantage
