Cumberland Meat Packers are looking for a motivated individual to join our sales team. The successful candidate will initially join in a sales administration position and hopefully spend between 6 months and a year mastering various disciplines such as credit control, logistics, product specifications and sales/marketing. By the end of this year (or as soon as you can demonstrate competence in the above-mentioned fields) you can expect significant salary growth (up to approx 30% increase in the first year) and expanded responsibilities. In short, we hope that they will be managing and developing a growing portfolio of customers and being well rewarded for it.
