Aquilo Recruitment are proud to be partnering with Ideal Heating to recruit a number of Sales Administrators to join their Hamworthy brand in Hull.

This is a full-time, office-based role in Hull, working Monday to Friday. You’ll play a key part in supporting the sales function — managing quotes, processing orders, and delivering outstanding customer service. It’s a varied and rewarding position where no two days are the same.

We are looking for a candidate who is dedicated in offering a professional high level of service to our Hamworthy customers and merchants when they contact the Sales Department. The role requires you to have the ability to be able to process orders and quotes accurately, imputing data in the system and returning them to our customers to achieve the deadlines they require. The successful candidate will work as part of a team as well as on their own initiative to support the growth of the Hamworthy Brand. Full training on our products processes and procedures will be given has these are important to the role. The successful candidate will report directly to the Hamworthy Sales Admin Manager.



The job holder will be expected to:

  • Able to process sales orders and quotes by entering accurate data into the CRM and SAP systems
  • Give clear and concise information both written and verbally when dealing with both internal and external customers
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks, priorities effectively and meet strict deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Handle all inbound and outbound calls in a professional manner, taking ownership of any issues that arise
  • Build working relationships with Internal and external departments/ customers/ merchants promoting the Hamworthy Brand.
  • Adhere to all compliances with our sales processes and procedures
  • Experience in sales administration support roles would be an advantage however full training will be provided.
  • Work on their own initiatives as well as being a team player

Applicants should have:

  • A professional positive attitude who strives to always deliver a high level of customer service
  • Computer literacy
  • Time Management skills
  • Basic Knowledge of Boilers, however training will be given on our Hamworthy products.
  • Ability to adapt to change when required and supportive of the team environment.
  • Excellent attendance and punctuality
