We are looking for a confident and driven Sales Advisor to join our fast-paced, customer-focused team based in Dunstable. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who thrives in a busy environment and enjoys delivering excellent customer service while supporting a high-performing sales team.

Key Responsibilities:

Answer incoming calls and book customer appointments
Take deposits securely over the phone
Follow up on leads and customer enquiries
Assist with finance applications
Respond promptly to customer emails
Handle queries and resolve customer issues efficiently
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records
Provide day-to-day support to the sales teamWhat We’re Looking For:

Strong and confident telephone manner
Comfortable handling customer payments and deposits
Ability to work under pressure in a fast-moving environment
Excellent organisational and IT skills
Previous experience in mortgage, finance, or similar advisory/sales roles is highly desirable
Motor trade experience is a bonus, but not essentialWhat We Offer:

Competitive salary of £25,000 – £30,000
