With six UK sites, you won’t catch us standing still. We’re always working together to create outstanding experiences for our guests.

What you’ll be doing

We’re looking for a proactive and commercially minded Sales & Events Manager to help grow events bookings across our sites - from corporate events and product launches to private and semi-private venue hires and seasonal celebrations.

This is a brilliant opportunity to shape how we grow our events business - building new relationships, creating demand and helping make Treetop a go-to destination for unforgettable experiences in every city we operate in.

The role will blend sales, partnerships and event bookings, with a particular focus on growing our midweek events business.

Our Sales & Events Manager will take ownership of the end-to-end journey from generating interest through to confirmed bookings of the events they’re working on. They will work closely with our Operations team, who go on to bring each event to life and deliver an exceptional guest experience.

Could this be you?

  • 3+ years’ experience in events, hospitality, partnerships or a commercially focused role where you’ve driven bookings or revenue growth.
  • A proactive, self-starting approach — someone who enjoys building something and making an impact.
  • Proven experience managing both B2B and consumer event bookings, with confidence turning opportunities into confirmed business.
  • A natural ability to build relationships and network, turning conversations into partnerships and bookings.
  • A commercial mindset — and comfortable using insight, pipeline tracking and performance metrics to shape decisions and priorities.
  • Strong organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple enquiries, partnerships and campaigns at once.
  • Takes pride in the details – understanding that every element of an event contributes to an extraordinary guest experience.
  • Confidence working collaboratively across teams, particularly with Operations and Marketing.
  • Flexibility to travel between our sites to build networks and opportunities

What’s in it for you?

  • 25 days holiday (excluding bank holidays)
  • Access to our wellbeing app – to help support mental health awareness and wellbeing
  • Office closure between Christmas and New Year fully paid
  • Industry-leading perks and benefits
  • Company contribution pension
  • Complimentary mini golf experiences for close friends/family at all our sites
  • £40 monthly phone allowance

As an equal opportunities’ employer, we’re committed to creating a workplace where everyone feels welcome, included and supported. If you need any reasonable adjustments during the recruitment process, please let us know.
