We are afamily-run estate agency established for over 36 years, opening anexciting new office in Cumnor Oxfordshireand are looking for a motivated and organised
Sales & Lettings Consultant to join our team. This is a varied role combining property sales, lettings, marketing, and office administration. The successful candidate will be responsible for promoting properties, negotiating deals, supporting clients, and ensuring smooth day-to-day office operations. Key Responsibilities Handling residential
sales and lettings enquiries
from buyers, tenants, landlords, and vendors
Registering applicants and matching them to suitable properties
Arranging and conducting
property viewings
Negotiating offers between buyers, tenants, landlords, and vendors
Uploading and managing property listings on portals such as
Rightmove
and
OnTheMarket
Preparing property details, marketing materials, and online advertisements
Providing
general office administration
support using
Street
and
Jupix
software
Maintaining accurate records within the property CRM system
Assisting with the sales and lettings process from instruction through to completion or tenancy move-in
Delivering a high level of
customer service
Requirements At least 2 Years previous experience in
estate agency sales or lettings
preferred
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Good organisational and administrative abilities
Experience using property portals such as
Rightmove
and
OnTheMarket
Confident with IT systems and property software
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Full UK driving licence required
What We Offer £30,000
£35,000 basic salary
Commission structure possible after successful completion of probation period
