Full-Time | £25,000-£28,000 Basic | OTE £35,000-£55,000 About the Role An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Property Sales and/or Lettings Negotiator to join one of the UK's fastest-growing estate agencies. Based in the Colchester area, this role offers the chance to work within a newly established branch in one of Essex and Suffolk's most sought-after locations. We are looking for a motivated and driven individual who can hit the ground running, deliver exceptional customer service, and contribute to continued market growth. You will be supported by industry-leading technology, innovative marketing strategies, and a collaborative team of property professionals.
