They are looking for a Sales & Lettings Negotiator to join a well-established team with a minimum of 6 months' experience in the field. Your day-to-day responsibilities will involve liaising with clients, negotiating sales and Lettings, ensuring a seamless process from start to finish. The ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients is paramount, as is a keen eye for detail and excellent communication skills.
To excel in this role, the successful candidate will be someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, is self-motivated, and has a genuine passion for property and sales.
