Property Sales & Lettings Negotiator - Colchester Area

Full-Time | £25,000-£28,000 Basic | OTE £35,000-£55,000

About the Role

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Property Sales and/or Lettings Negotiator to join one of the UK's fastest-growing estate agencies. Based in the Colchester area, this role offers the chance to work within a newly established branch in one of Essex and Suffolk's most sought-after locations.

We are looking for a motivated and driven individual who can hit the ground running, deliver exceptional customer service, and contribute to continued market growth. You will be supported by industry-leading technology, innovative marketing strategies, and a collaborative team of property professionals.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver the highest level of service to all clients
• Sell and rent residential houses and apartments
• Increase market share and support business development objectives
• Contribute to revenue growth within the branch
• Maintain professional standards and set a positive example for the team
• Undertake property listings (experience beneficial but not essential - full development support provided)

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year experience in estate agency (sales and/or lettings)
• Proven experience working within the Colchester property market
• Self-motivated with a strong desire to succeed
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Full UK driving licence
• Ability to work in person (branch-based role)
