Role Summary Our client are seeking a motivated Sales & Lettings Negotiator to join a busy, customer-focused estate agency team. This is a dual-role position responsible for generating new business, progressing property sales and lettings, and delivering high-quality service to clients throughout the transaction lifecycle. The role requires strong commercial awareness, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work to targets in a fast-paced property environment.
