My client is a well-established local business based north of Shrewsbury that manufacture and supply a unique and market leading product to their customers around the world. Due to high demand they are looking to recruit a Sales & Logistics Administrator to join their team on temporary basis for 3 months and possibly longer. This role will require you to respond to your customers enquiries in a professional and timely manner, give quotations, process sales orders, and organise logistics. Your responsibilities will be: Primary customer service contact for UK customer enquiries Provide quotations for customer enquiries as required in coordination with the Customer Service & logistics Manager and Sales Director. Liaise internally / externally to cost for product and transport requirements. Support with the swift referral for technical / additional support.
