Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role in Hatfield for a Sales and Marketing Specialist. You will be responsible for driving student enrolments, managing marketing initiatives, and building partnerships that directly contribute to UeCampus’s expansion.

This is a hands-on, growth-focused role ideal for someone who thrives in a startup environment and wants uncapped earning potential.

What We're Looking For

• Sales experience, ideally consultative or B2C high-value selling
• Comfortable working across different cultures and international markets
• Organised, self-motivated, and commercially minded
• A degree is helpful but not essential, what matters is drive and curiosity

The Package

• £40,000 base salary (OTE £40,000–£50,000+)
• Full time - on site (Hatfield)
