Sales Assistant (m/f/d)


Your Tasks:

  • preparing customer quotations for new business
  • administration of change management activities
  • initiating and monitoring pre-series (development & call-off sample) deliveries
  • checking SW/HW version(s) of production sites vs customer demands
  • Supporting market research and competitor analysis to assist sales strategy.
  • preparing product/project presentations
  • supporting various customer negotiations and meetings
  • supporting demand management fulfilment of the customer and follow up of the timely delivery including proper documentation.
  • monitoring customer satisfaction and related KPI´s
  • updating of relevant customer information
  • liaison with different stakeholders (internal) to solve customer requests.
  • ensuring adequate and timely customer communication
  • managing unit prices & order conditions
  • Handling customer sample orders and coordinating with logistics for timely delivery.
  • Coordinate effectively across time zones to minimize delays in communication between European HQ(Germany), Global HQ (South Korea), OEMs (UK), and internal production site (Vietnam)


Your Expertise:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Management or Engineering
  • If prior experience in sales support or the automotive industry is highly preferred.
  • Problem-solving ability, adaptability, and teamwork.
  • Good analytical skills
  • Very good knowledge of Excel, Power point, and ERP systems
  • Basic economic & logistic knowledge
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Interest in sales and administrative tasks
  • Fluent in English
