Sales Assistant, Luxury Fashion Boutique, London, £13 an hour plus monthly bonus, Part-time 12 hours, Permanent

A prestigious luxury fashion and accessories boutique in Mayfair is seeking an experienced and personable Sales Assistant to deliver an exceptional customer experience and support the day-to-day running of the store.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone passionate about luxury retail, who takes pride in building strong client relationships and maintaining the highest standards of presentation and service.

Working as part of a close-knit boutique team, your responsibilities will include:

• Providing a warm, professional and personalised service to all clients
• Building long-term relationships with customers and contributing to client retention
• Achieving sales targets while maintaining a consultative, non-pressurised approach
• Demonstrating excellent product knowledge across fashion and accessories
• Supporting visual merchandising and maintaining immaculate shop-floor standards
• Handling transactions accurately using the till and stock systems
• Receiving, checking and quality-controlling deliveries
• Booking stock into the system and assisting with stock management
• Supporting mailouts, client communications and CRM updates when required
• Assisting with general housekeeping to ensure the boutique is always presentable

We are looking for someone who has:

• Previous experience as a Sales Assistant within luxury fashion, accessories or premium retail
• A genuine passion for fashion and customer service
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• A polished, professional and well-presented manner
• Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy
• A proactive, reliable and team-oriented attitude
• Confidence using retail systems and basic IT skills

Additional Information:

• You will be contracted to 12 hours which will comprise of 1 weekday and 1 weekend, preferably Sunday, additional hours offered when available
• Ideal for someone seeking a long-term role within a luxury brand environment
