As a Sales Assistant based in our Glasgow branch, youll be responsible for:
Manage trade counter sales, handling queries and providing solutions, including sourcing, quoting, and managing special orders

Deal with customers requirements and ensure associated administrative processes are completed

Conduct proactive, outbound sales calls and follow-ups to increase revenue and build the customer base

General warehouse duties

This is a full time permanent role working 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday between 8am-5pm.

Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills for dealing with customers, suppliers, and internal teams

P lumbing and heating knowledge is desirable

A full UK manual driving licence is advantageous but not essential
