Role Sales Associate
Purpose To provide customers with a personable, knowledgeable, and luxury level of customer service, with a particular interest or experience in jewellery. All sales opportunities should be maximised to achieve and strive to exceed personal, team, and store KPIs and targets. The role involves working as part of a team, supporting peers, seniors, and new starters. The candidate will represent the Liberty brand through behaviour, actions, and adherence to company standards
Key Responsibilities Service for Sales: Provides service excellence to maximise sales Is visible on the floor Acknowledges all customers to the department Engages with customers by approaching them and initiating conversation Asks open ended questions to establish customer needs Confidently demonstrates product knowledge Maximises sale by offering additional products and services Overcomes objections by offering alternatives Operates till efficiently Informs customer of current events and promotions Takes every opportunity to promote and open Liberty Loyalty Card Takes personal responsibility for ensuing customer problems are resolved Creates further selling opportunities by taking customer details and contacting them to give them a reason to return
Standards: Creates the environment to give the customer the best shopping experience Ensure fixtures are fully stocked with balance of sizes and range Checks stock to ensure it is currently ticketed and security tagged Prepares for the day by dusting and cleaning fixtures Monitors fitting room throughout the day to ensure it is welcoming for every customer Keeps stockroom tidy and organised Attends to deliveries within day of arrival Keeps till area tidy and free of unnecessary clutter Keeps till areas stocked of tissue paper and bags Adheres to dress code and is well groomed to represent luxury brand
