The role
- Speaking with pre-qualified leads and identifying customer needs
- Conducting fact-finding conversations to understand priorities and budgets
- Advising customers on suitable insurance products
- Providing quotes and explaining policy features clearly
- Handling objections confidently and closing sales opportunities
- Delivering excellent service while consistently achieving and exceeding targets
- Continuously developing your sales performance within a competitive team
What youll need
- Strong ambition and motivation to achieve results
- Excellent communication and persuasion skills
- Confidence speaking with customers via phone and email
- Ability to build trust quickly and influence decisions
- A target-driven mindset with the desire to maximise earnings
Desirable experience
- Previous telesales or phone-based sales experience
- Knowledge of financial services or insurance
- Experience in commission-driven sales environments
No insurance experience is required. Full training will be provided for the right candidate.
