Do you thrive in face-to-face sales and love turning ideas into tailored solutions? This is a fantastic opportunity to join a leading brand, selling bespoke fitted furniture directly to customers in their homes. What Youll Be Doing: Managing the full sales cycle from initial consultation to final design Meeting clients face-to-face to understand their needs and build trust Turning warm leads into sales through a consultative, solution-focused approach Using visuals and design tools to bring ideas to life Managing your own pipeline and schedule flexibility & autonomy Working towards (and exceeding) personal sales targets Whats On Offer: Generous base salary + uncapped commission realistic OTE £40K+ Car allowance £300 per month Laptop & mobile phone 22 days' holiday + bank holidays + your birthday off Private medical insurance Life insurance
