Job Overview We are looking for a dedicated individual with a passion for luxury to join us as Sales Consultant in our Silverburn, Glasgow store. This is a full time opportunity, working 37.5 hours per week on a four month fixed term contract. Responsibilities
Provide excellent customer service and detailed product knowledge to our customers. Use a personalized selling approach to guide the customer journey from start to finish. Offer sensorial experiences such as fragrance consultations and hand and arm massages. Assist the team with general store-related tasks, including stock management, cleaning, and replenishment.
Qualifications
Excellent communication skills with confidence and a positive, can-do attitude. High personal grooming standards and a passion for luxury products. Ability to work well in a team and drive to achieve both store and personal KPIs. Flexibility in working arrangements to meet business requirements.
