Role Description

We are currently looking for motivated, confident, and ambitious individuals to join our team as Sales Consultants. This is a commission-based role with uncapped earning potential, supported by full training through our weekly Sales School and ongoing mentorship.


Key Responsibilities

  • Engage with local businesses through face-to-face outreach and networking
  • Introduce and promote a range of partner products and services
  • Generate leads and identify new business opportunities
  • Build strong relationships with business owners and decision-makers
  • Close simple, low to mid-ticket deals or refer larger opportunities to senior team members
  • Represent Surge professionally in all interactions
  • Attend weekly training sessions and actively develop sales skills
  • Work towards personal targets and contribute to overall team performance

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Confident approaching and speaking with new people
  • Self-motivated with a desire to earn and improve
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn
  • Comfortable working in a performance-based, target-driven environment
  • Reliable and professional


No Experience required

  • Full training provided
  • Ideal for individuals looking to break into sales or increase their income


Preferred Not Essential

  • Background in retail, hospitality, or customer-facing roles
  • Interest in sales, business, or entrepreneurship
  • Ambition to progress into higher-earning or leadership roles


Earnings

  • £250 – £1,500+ per week (uncapped commission)
  • £1,000 – £6,000+ per month depending on performance
