Our service is free to the public, and we are dedicated to increasing transparency to give everybody a clear choice when choosing legal advice.
Job Role
ReviewSolicitors is currently working with the regulator of legal services (the SRA) in their pilot scheme for reviews. Part of this pilot scheme is an education piece to explain and discuss the benefits of collecting legal reviews.
We are looking for a sales coordinator who understands the benefits of online reviews and the value these bring to people looking to use a company. Your role will be to speak with law firms during our educational outreach campaign to discuss this. You will provide an initial overview of online reviews, how these could assist the law firm with reputational management and discuss the recent changes made by the Solicitors Regulation Authority as part of their pilot scheme for reviews.
You will have the freedom to use both email and telephone calls to do this. It is not a high-pressure environment nor do you need to know anything about legal services as full training is provided.
The role will involve:
Informing and educating law firms about the benefits of online reviews and how this gives an accurate view of a law firm's reputation.
How joining ReviewSolicitors is a simple way for the law firm to collect online reviews.
Outbound calls to law firms to discuss the regulators recent pilot program for online reviews
Maintain accurate records of how law firms currently collect reviews and retain information in a structured and timely manner

Good commercial acumen
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Well organised
Salary: £25,000 basic.
