 As a Sales Coordinator based in Cambridge you’ll be responsible for:  

• Serving customers behind the trading counter, being the first point of contact and forming relationships with repeat customers
• Liaising with suppliers to order stock, managing the stock room and ensuring the shop floor is tidy at all times
• Supporting the team in other areas of the branch such as the warehouse and yard when needed
• Answering the phones and managing customer queries

This is a full-time, permanent role working 45 hours per week Monday to Friday between 7.30am 5pm

• Customer service experience is essential
• To be a team player, self-motivated and help out in all areas of the branch where required
• Confidence and the ability to build relationships with customers and suppliers
• A forklift license is desirable
