As a Peninsula Sales Development Executive you will be building up a B2B sales pipeline through making outbound calls / networking to small business owners. Utilising our salesforce system and your own proactive approach, you will be introducing Peninsula's services around HR & Health & Safety support to SMEs across the UK. Your aim on these calls is to schedule appointments for field-based BDMs to attend and meet with business owners. Some calls might need more than one attempt to build relationships so you will be looking to extract the very best results from each call you make to build up a pipeline of your callbacks. Youll have daily targets to meet which are there to help you make commission. This is a fast paced, consultative selling, target driven role that offers incredible rewards Who are Peninsula? To be successful as a Peninsula Sales Development Executive: You will ideally need to have some experience in a sales related role whether thats in-person or telephone based, selling a product or service. Confidence in making outbound calls is crucial, we dont use a script, so being able to initiate conversations, ask relevant questions and picking up on leads is important. Being able to carry your personality across a telephone call is key, this role needs relationship builders. Working to targets will be a daily focus, so having that drive and self-awareness is another important point.
