Enterprise Sales Development Manager (Outbound)

£78k base + £110k OTE

Hybrid – London (2 days office)

• 2+ years Sales Management experience required

You will build, lead, and scale an elite, enterprise-focused outbound SDR team, implementing the people, processes, and technology required to create a world-class function.

You’ll have true ownership, autonomy, and backing from leadership to shape the future of outbound.


What You’ll Be Doing:


• Build and lead a high-performing team of Enterprise SDRs

• Generate high-quality pipeline through strategic outbound activity

• Create a culture of high performance, accountability, and growth

• Coach and develop SDRs into exceptional future sales leaders

• Build scalable playbooks, processes, and outbound strategy

• Partner closely with global commercial leadership

• Own reporting, performance tracking, and forecasting

• Continuously optimise, innovate, and evolve the function

What We’re Looking For:


• 2+ years SDR Leadership experience directly within HR or L&D

• Proven success leading high-performing outbound teams

• Enterprise sales environment experience is essential

• Strong coach, motivator, and developer of talent

• Passionate about performance and continuous improvement

• Innovative and tech-driven mindset
