The Role

As a Sales Development Representative, you'll be the first point of contact for SMEs across the UK. Your job is simple:

engage decision‑makers, build rapport quickly, and book high‑quality meetings for the closing team.

Your day will include:

-     Making high‑volume outbound calls to SME businesses

-     Qualifying prospects and identifying opportunities

-     Pitching the company's services with confidence and clarity

-     Booking meetings for the senior sales team

-     Working to achievable daily and weekly targets

-     Updating CRM systems accurately

-     Bringing energy, resilience, and positivity to the team
