My client is a well-established and rapidly growing Commercial Finance Brokerage based in Central London & Bolton, specialising in providing tailored funding solutions to UK SMEs. Due to continued growth, they are now looking to hire Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) to support their broker team and drive new business opportunities.
The Role This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated sales professional looking to build a career in commercial finance. As an SDR, you will be responsible for sourcing and qualifying new business opportunities and booking qualified meetings for senior brokers, with a clear progression route into a full broker role.
Key Responsibilities Outbound B2B prospecting via telephone, email, and LinkedIn Engaging with business owners and directors to understand funding requirements Qualifying leads and arranging appointments for senior brokers Accurately updating and managing the CRM system Building a strong understanding of commercial finance products Working closely with the wider brokerage team to maximise conversions
