Sales Development Representative – SaaS


The Role


We’re supporting a fast-growing SaaS business, and they’re looking for a driven SDR to fuel their new business engine.

Key Responsibilities

  • Execute high-volume outbound prospecting across email, phone, and LinkedIn
  • Build, qualify, and nurture pipeline for the Account Executive team
  • Book high-quality discovery calls and product demos
  • Research ideal customer profiles and tailor outreach to specific challenges
  • Collaborate closely with marketing to optimise messaging and lead flow
  • Consistently hit and exceed monthly opportunity creation targets


What We’re Looking For

  • 1–2+ years’ experience in an outbound SDR or BDR role (SaaS essential)
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Confident, structured, and highly resilient with a competitive edge
  • Experience booking meetings with mid-market or enterprise customers
  • Familiarity with modern sales tools


The Package

  • £40,000–£45,000 base salary
  • £10,000–£15,000 OTE
  • Ongoing training, development, and clear progression
