What will the Sales Development Representative (SDR) actually be doing? This is an inside sales role with a clear remit. You will own inbound lead response, qualification, quoting, and scheduling. You will coordinate meetings and demos between clients and technical teams. You will keep the CRM accurate and the pipeline moving.
