Sales Development Representative

Generate 1215 qualified meetings per month aligned to target customers Execute outbound activity across phone, email, and LinkedIn Qualify prospects against defined criteria Manage follow-up through a structured cadence Attend industry events and conferences to network and generate opportunities Join discovery calls to introduce opportunities and support handover Maintain accurate CRM records using Salesforce and other tools Work closely with Account Executives to ensure meeting quality Continuously improve messaging, targeting, and approach based on results What we are looking for
Minimum 2 years experience in a target-driven sales or business development role (B2B preferred) Evidence of meeting or exceeding KPIs and performance targets Experience in outbound prospecting or generating new business Strong communication skills, both over the phone and in person Confidence networking and building relationships at events High levels of organisation and attention to detail Ability to follow structured processes and maintain consistency Resilient mindset with the ability to handle rejection and maintain output Self-sufficient, proactive, and accountable for results Compensation & Expectations
£30,000 base salary + £10,000 OTE (uncapped) 1215 qualified meetings per month Meetings must align with defined qualification standards and target customers Performance measured on activity, quality, and pipeline contribution Tech Stack
