The successful candidate will oversee this very busy restaurant, with several moving parts which makes the role fun and forever changing, delivering volume and gross profit targets while contributing to the wider commercial strategy. Leading a team of four.

About the Candidate

The ideal candidate will lead and manage a team of four sales professionals, supporting them to achieve both individual and team objectives. They will work closely with the General Manager to drive sustainable growth and ensure the highest standards of commercial performance.
