Saas, Data) In this role, you will be responsible for sourcing and qualifying new logo opportunities within my client’s target market, running focused discovery conversations, and advancing deals efficiently from initial meeting to close. A meaningful portion of pipeline creation comes from direct new business hunting, including phone-based outreach and live prospect conversations, not just email sequences. You will be expected to maintain deal momentum with clear next steps, realistic close dates, and decisive execution. Candidate Requirements Candidate Requirements (FinTech / Buy-side / trading. Experience selling data, software, or workflow solutions into the buy side or adjacent financial services markets Comfortable engaging senior operations and finance stakeholders Proven experience cold calling and hunting for new business Able to quickly identify whether a prospect has a real, time-bound problem If you’ve never personally done cold calling or direct outbound new business development, this role is not a fit. 3-5+ years of relevant sales experience Strong emphasis on new logo acquisition High activity, short-cycle deal execution with coaching support
