Sales Director | Renewable Energy

We’re hiring a commercially driven, technically minded Sales Director to lead growth across a portfolio of renewable energy solutions, including Solar PV, LED Lighting, and EV Charging.

This is a senior, hands‑on role for someone who can combine technical credibility with strategic sales leadership, owning complex bids, key accounts, and high‑value opportunities across the public and private sectors.

What you’ll be doing

• Leading consultative technical sales engagements with senior stakeholders
• Owning and supporting high‑value bids and tender submissions
• Managing and expanding strategic key accounts
• Shaping technical proposals and early‑stage designs with engineering teams
• Identifying and qualifying new opportunities across multiple sectors
• Representing the business at industry events and forums

What we’re looking for

• Proven technical sales leadership experience in renewable energy or adjacent sectors
• Strong knowledge of Solar PV, LED lighting, and EV charging infrastructure
• Demonstrated success with bids, tenders, and complex sales cycles
• Confident communicator with both technical and commercial audiences
• Comfortable working cross‑functionally from bid stage through to delivery
