Sales Director UK (Residential Energy Storage)
Location: This hybrid role.
Experience Level: A high level of experience in a similar role is required, and knowledge of the renewable energy industry would be preferred.
Salary: £80k+ pa DOE plus generous commission structure and company vehicle
What You’ll Be Doing:
Reporting directly to the Managing Director of the UK, primarily you’ll be securing high-level new business opportunities and nurturing existing key product partner relationships. You’ll thrive on confidently navigating rapidly changing market conditions, industry disruptions, and competitive pressures while maintaining focus on long-term objectives.
Key responsibilities include:
* Leading the Sales and Marketing Teams: Providing leadership, guidance, and support including setting clear goals, establishing performance metrics, and fostering a culture of collaboration and accountability.
* Market Research and Analysis: Conducting market research and analysis to identify emerging trends, market opportunities, customer needs, and competitive threats, and using insights to inform strategic decision-making.
* Brand Management: Overseeing the development and implementation of brand positioning, messaging, and visual identity across all marketing channels to ensure consistency and alignment with the company's brand image and values.
