Sales Enablement Manager

Our client is a hugely successful global software organization with UK headquarters located in London. They are now seeking an experienced Sales Enablement Manager for a 12 month contract.

A hybrid role with 2-3 days a week in their prestigious central London offices.

Duties

The Sales Enablement Specialist will play a key role in ensuring their sales teams are equipped with the training, skills, and tools they need to be successful — from onboarding new hires to delivering learning that drives performance improvement.

Skills :

* 5+ years experience in Sales Enablement

* Strong communication skills both when training sellers or working with stakeholders.

* Ability to motivate and guide others to act.

* Understands consultative sales methodologies (e.g., Challenger, MEDDPICC, SPIN, SPICED, value selling).

* You have the experience working with various AI tools

* Preferably some experience in SaaS Sales especially CRM and Marketing solutions.
