Our client is a well-established and growing business within the home improvement sector, seeking an experienced and commercially minded Sales Estimator / Business Development Executive to join their team.
The business is going through a rapid period of growth with ambitious plans to double in size within the next 12months. A supportive senior management team reporting into an innovative Managing Director.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who thrives in a varied role that combines client-facing sales, estimating, and commercial responsibility
The Role
You will be responsible for managing the full sales cycle from initial enquiry through to quotation, pricing and securing the order. This is an office-based role with regular off-site meetings and home visits.
Key responsibilities include:
* Conducting home visits and client meetings
* Preparing detailed quotations and estimates
* Job costing and pricing projects accurately
* Managing and monitoring your own advertising budget
* Converting leads into confirmed sales
* Building strong, long-term customer relationships
* Liaising internally to ensure smooth project handover
